As described, installed by electrician no issues we were made aware of. Set it to a timer for added safety, this was installed in a childs bathroom.

This new heater was purchased to replace a very old existing (identical) unit that was showing signs of impending failure. It was a surprise that this particular model was still available and Barwefurniture had it in stock. What is now really surprising is that the old unit is still alive and well at this time. The new heater is now on standby and ready for installation if/when called for duty. I am assuming that this new unit will not have any issues when installed. Four stars for price and availability.

Our electrician had not complaints about installing this product. We have not moved in yet but we are looking forward to using them on cold nights.

This is not designed to install in existing bathrooms - that is you can't do it all from below the ceiling. You need to get above the ceiling - in the attic - to mount the box. Also, you are supposed to have an air gap around the unit from the insullation, this requires a box or some method to hold the insulation away from the unit. The unit has two bulbs. They can be used either together with a pair of heat lamps, or seperate as one heat lamp and one lighting lamp. There is a small quiet fan that is designed to keep the unit from building up heat. The fan is much quieter than a hot air heater.
